When you would like to improve your picture overall effect, the first thing to do is to improve the background. Here will show you some skills to apply the mixture effect (such as smoking and shining effects) into the photo.
The dispersion effect is relatively straight forward in Photoshop CC but can be tricky to get right. The basic idea is to separate the subject from the background and then create a copy of the subject layer. One of the subject layers is then morphed using the Liquify tool to nearly fill the entire frame.
Simple objects such as clouds, river and castle can be formed a fantastic night scene using photo manipulation. To group different images together, you need to remove surrounding stuff for your objects and do some color adjustments.
