Hi everyone !
Today im gonna show you how to Enhancement your pictures !
firstly, you need a good resolution picture (its work on low res but render is really not the same)

MAC USER ! (replace CTRL by CMD for every shortcut!)
Ok ! this picture have a litle tint of red-orange, too much for me so :
1. duplicate the layer of the picture
2. CTRL + U ( Hue And Saturation )
3. now select the red channel
4. Hue to -2 And Saturation -15
the pictures can look sad a little bit but continue anyway, its not the end
Now we gonna erase eyes, lips and hair on this layer (For keeping good hue and saturation of eyes, hair and lips)
1. For better work Press CTRL + I ( Invert colors ) , its for inverting colors... you can see any forgotten eraser space
2. Set brush Hardness to 0 (smooth shade)
3. Erase eyes, lips and hair
4. Press again CTRL + I ( Invert colors ), to set back the good color
fine !
Now we gonna contrast a little bit the picture
1. Image / Adjustments / Brightness/Contrast...
2. Set Contrast to +20
(i dont think my screen is properly calibrated but i adjusted colors again)
this manipulation is not needed if you think your picture colors are Ok ! but try it anyway (nothing to lose :P)
3. CTRL + B ( Color Balance )
4. Color levels : -14, -2, -4 // Tone Balance : midtones
(those setting gonna affect only the midtones, the skin in this picture) if you select Highlights effect will be on Bright pixels, and shadows, dark pixels.
Done !
Okay !
Now we gonna fix the hair... to much bright !
1. Press O to select the Burn Tool (for fast switch Hold ALT and click on the tool button)
2. Set the Exposure to 2 % And the Range to Midtones ( In the top menu of the screen, you can here select what king of pixel you want to affect dark, midtones, bright)
3. Set the Brush Hardness to 5 % the size to 120
4. Pass on the Hair to burn it (Just a little bit)
5. Repeat with Shadows (Watch out to not burn too much or you gonna have a dead zone (Pure black area... its bad))
6. now Set the brush size to 40 and pass on the eyebrow
Good job !
Now the Eyes, Its the hardest task...
1. Use the burn tool for burn the black hole in middle of each eyes (Range Shadows),
2. Ok now Switch to Dodge Tool (ALT + Click 2 time on the burning tool) the range to Highlights and set the brush size at 15 and hardness to 0 And Exposure to 10
3. look this image to understand what you need to do

4. Now come back with the Burning tool (ALT + Click 1 time on the Dodge tool)
5. Set brush size to 6, Range at Shadows, Exposure to 10 % and look this image

Nice eyes
Now we gonna fix some skin imperfection
1. Press J to Select the patch tool (Again you can use ALT + Click for fast switch) AND
Check at the top of screen the SOURCE button
2. select and area like the litle button at right down side of the nose (select a little bit around)
3. Drag it on an area of same skin tone and texture (just over or any space looking like)
The stamp Tool (S) Can do a good job too
4. Repeat on anything you want to fix
Its look pretty good ! :P
its the end, you can merge layer, but i prefer keep it for other retouch or anythings...
Merge layer : CTRL + E
For Flatten image (Merge All at same time) Top menu : Layer / Flatten image
im gonna stop here but you can continue to play with it !!
