The difference between Photoshop Elements 6 and Premiere Elements 4?
I got this package deal where it came with both photoshop and premiere and from what I understand, premiere is more for videos. But does it matter which one I download if I just want to work with pictures?

Photoshop Elements are best use to manipulate images. Then Premier Elements are used in making and recording videos.

Photoshop CS3 is intended for professional photographers, graphic designers, multimedia professionals and digital artists. For basic fun photoediting work, Elements will do the job.
