I'm looking to purchase Photoshop and replace my existing free thing which is called gimp (i think that's all it says just gimp). I want to make sure that photoshop offers everything that it does and see what extras I will get with Photoshop that I don't currently have Thanks in advance for your help!

I have been using photoshop for more than a decade now and would not use anything else unless it were on my mac. So I think that it is worth the change unless you are really not coming up with the money.
