Could somebody tell me how to touch up a picture and make it to appear to be clear? Also could you all recommend a good websites for tutorials of how to do this?
There are a lot of ways to accomplish clean smooth skin. I believe Photoshop Lady has a few tutorials online about a few. I recommend a photoshop plug-in called Topaz Vivacity!
This plug-in really works well, it's a bit rough around the edges, but you can fix that manually... You can try it out!
In order yo learn this, it will take a lot of pratice and skill. Even using tutorials it takes some practice.
