All my brushes are in photoshop, but they're not in the little box.
When I hit the arrow, all the names of the brush sets show up, but not the brushes.

You need to click on the small arrow and load brushs and the same menu. Afterwards you will need to choose your brushes and you're done.

If your looking for fonts you can find them all over the web. If you are asking how to get them into photoshop after you download them, you need to do this while photoshop is closed.
