Hey mroc27,

There are a lot of ways to accomplish clean smooth skin. I believe Photoshop Lady has a few tutorials online about a few. I recommend a photoshop plug-in called Topaz Vivacity!
This plug-in really works well, it's a bit rough around the edges, but you can fix that manually... You can try it out!
