Photoshop Lady Forums - View Single Post - The difference between Photoshop Elements 6 and Premiere Elements 4?

I got this package deal where it came with both photoshop and premiere and from what I understand, premiere is more for videos. But does it matter which one I download if I just want to work with pictures?
